Created by bees from a mix of flowers, and ethically sourced from apiaries across Sussex.
 
Sussex Bee Farm small batch honey is not blended, making each jar unique to the individual apiary (or even hive) from which it comes. For this reason honey lovers can look forward to subtle differences in taste and colour from one jar to another, and a truly local taste experience.The raw honey is not heat pasteurised and only minimally filtered so it retains the benefits that the bees and nature intended.
 
Honey pairs beautifully with goat's and sheep's milk cheeses. Especially lovely with local Golden Cross goats cheese.
